440 Security Station
Welcome to 440 West. Owners may rent their units for a minimum of one-month (30 consecutive days, except for February). The City of Clearwater, Pinellas County and 440 West Condominium Association have restrictions on renting for less than one month. Any owner found in violation of this established rule is subject to a fine levied by 440 West, and information will be provided to local authorities where additional fines may be levied

- Rental/guest registration is required prior to arrival.
- All vehicles on 440 West property must be registered and display a permit/tag. Any vehicle not displaying a permit/tag is subject to towing at the owners' expense.
- Rules and regulations are posted for the convienence and safety of everyone.
Reminders for Renters:
- 440 West Management has no role or responsibility in the rental of individual condo units. All rental agreements are between the condo unit owner and the renter.
- If you experience a non-medical emergency (such as water leak) call security immediately (727- 441-3987), then call the unit owner to arrange a contractor for the repair. DO NOT call the management office to handle maintenace within the rented unit.
- Renters of units with garage parking privileges are to receive a "genie" from the owners for entry to the garage area. Otherwise, renters are to park in the lower lots. No renter is allowed parking on the upper deck.
